Water Conservation Specialist
Administratively and technically reviewing plans and assisting water users with Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan requirements. Providing technical assistance as necessary for municipal, industrial, and agricultural users. Routinely presenting information on water conservation and drought planning. Serving on the State Water Conservation Advisory Council from 2008-2013. Serving as a bill analyst and rule project manager for Water Conservation and Drought Contingency legislation since 2001.

1998 – 1999 Manpower/IBM – Austin, Texas
MSDS Administrator

Managing the material safety data sheets for IBM-North America. Specific knowledge of chemical and physical properties of materials, data entry, and editing was required at this position. Learning and using unique software was required for this process. Processing approximately 8,000 MSDSs while at IBM.

1997 – 1998 Land Energy Group, Inc. – Bryan, Texas
Co-Owner, Vice-President

Supervising oil and gas permitting, coordinating, and troubleshooting on geophysical surveys for several oil companies in Texas and Oklahoma. Negotiating agreements for seismic work with landowners and tenants within geophysical surveys. Following permitting, supervision and coordination of the geophysical crews and serving as a liaison between land owners, geophysical personnel, and the oil companies.

1996 – 1997 Fairway Land & Geophysical Services – Edna, Texas
Permit Agent

Conducting negotiations with landowners and obtain permits for geophysical work to be done. Additional responsibilities included installation and maintenance of the computer network, filing records, personnel management, and payroll.
